7/1/10 - Email Server Upgrade

The email server upgrade has been completed and your settings must now be changed to continue to send and receive emails. This information was previously sent to your email address. If you did not receive it, here is the information you will need to change:

You need to change your incoming mail server username to: username+tcinternet.net

(Example: If your email address is example@tcinternet.net your username on the old system was "example", now it is "example+tcinternet.net" (make sure to include the plus sign).

You also need to set your outgoing (SMTP) mail server to use port 26.

In Outlook and Outlook Express you will find these settings under Tools>Accounts or Tools>Email Accounts.

In Mac Mail you will find these settings under Mail>Preferences>Accounts.

If you need any assistance making these changes simply give us a call at 612-377-8707 and we will guide you through these steps.

To access the new webmail system go here.
(Remember to login with "username+tcinternet.net")
